I played Grand Theft Auto V on my low-end PC laptop (pc kentang). It has super duper laggy over time when loads the cities, but sometimes the frame rate might be stable around 15-30 fps, and often reaches 5-10 fps when driving around and face the city buildings.

Specs :
HP 14-ac153tu Notebook
Intel Pentium 3825u Dual-Core 1,9GHz (Broadwell)
Intel HD Graphics
4GB RAM DDR3L 1600MHz
HDD 500GB

Pretty sure that those specs are below the minimum requirements to play this game (might be the lowermost). I managed to change the settings to the lowest graphics as low as possible. Fortunately, this game can be played properly, despite the lag and frame drops every time.
