Saving Pilot Malik is pretty easy to do but what is difficult is keeping all the enemies alive for the pascifist achievement. It took me a few attempts, but I finally got it. It involves a fair amount of running around and dragging of unconcious enemies.

Difficulty was 'Give me Deus Ex' (hardest difficulty).

Sorry the video is stuttering in places. For some reason Deus Ex 3 and FRAPS stutter during big fire fights. Don't blame the game itself. I usually get 120 fps and it never drops below 60fps.
