Depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental illnesses run rampant in the developer community, but their stigma causes folks to suffer alone, preventing people from getting the help that they need. In this talk Greg, will share lessons learned from his struggles with bipolar disorder, and advice on what to do if you suspect that you, a friend, or a colleague might be suffering from mental illness.
