Hey everyone!
This is my first Devil May Cry 5 tutorial, focusing on Dante and specifically his weapon Balrog. This is 100% done by me.

Before we get into the action, here are a few important notes:
⚙️ Pre-Tutorial Notes :
Balrog has two modes:
Blow Mode (Punching)
Kick Mode (Kicking… duh)
To get the most out of Balrog, you’ll want to use Swordmaster Style. Every move that uses the B button requires it.
-This guide assumes you’ve unlocked all Balrog skills and all Swordmaster Balrog skills.
-I'm using an Xbox controller layout, but the controls are the same for PS players.
-The video shows each move in the exact order listed here.
-I’ve given some moves mock names to make them easier to understand. I mean, "Flaming Uppercut" makes more sense than "Real Impact", right?

Lock-on: RB
Light Attack: Y
Trick/Style Action: B
Guns: X
Jump: A
Devil Trigger: LB
Switch Gun: LT
Switch Weapon: RT
📘 Tutorial Sections
📺 Video 1 – Basic Actions (Shared in Both Modes)
-Combo 1: Y, Y, Y
-Ignition: Deal 10 hits of any kind
-Switch Mode: RB + Back + Y
👊 Video 2 – Punch Mode (Blow Mode)
-Parry: Y (Hold)
-Parry Dodge: While parrying, press ← or →
-Parry Counter: During a Parry Dodge, press Y
-Aerial Combo: Y, Y (in air)
-Dash Punch: RB + Forward + Y
-Normal Uppercut: After Dash Punch, press RB + Fwd + Y again
-Drill Fist: B
-Ground Fist : B (In mid-air)
-Uppercut: RB + Forward + B
-Rising Uppercut: Immediately after Uppercut, spam B
-Divine Uppercut: Keep spamming B until fist glows
-Flaming Uppercut: RB + Back + B (Requires Ignition!)
🦶 Video 3 – Kick Mode
-Enhanced Jump: Press A near an enemy
-Combo 2: Y, Y, (pause), Y, Y, Y, Y
-Diagonal Kick: Y (in air)
-Dancing Kick: Hold Y (Activates Ignition!)
-360° Kick: RB + Forward + Y
-Break Dance: B (Spam for movement)
-Aerial Combo: B (in air)
-360° Kick 2: RB + Back + B
-Flaming Kick Combo: RB + Forward + B (Requires Ignition!)
