I recently discovered a way to save a few seconds at the very end of the run, after all the ritual items have been destroyed. When Azazel is defeated (at the moment when Zara's death cry begins), if we press pause (esc), the final cutscene will start faster. This trick can be used in other locations as well. This will be especially useful in "town" and "slaughterhouse", since after the destruction of all ritual objects at these locations, there is a rather long delay before the final cutscene. For example, in "the inn" we save about 7-8 seconds, but in "slaughterhouse" we will save about 15 seconds!
