Deaths at the "Dino express" are intentional in order to load the location a little faster. I get into the checkpoint and die almost simultaneously, and after I appear on the checkpoint after death, the level is already slightly loaded to the right.
On "Fire rock" and "Hard rock" I reduce small sections of levels with the help of bonus stages. I get into the bonus level and then I fall down on purpose, after that I appear at the next checkpoint.
The biggest loss of time occurs on the boss in the "Swimming pool"; there is also a slight loss of time on the last boss (when performing the penultimate blow, I allowed the witch to carry out an attack, which usually leads to small lags and takes a couple of seconds), but overall it's a good run.
