Understanding the mechanics is key to this stage though otherwise it is very challenging.

Note: I made a mistake in the setup. I mentioned that Fran is the only call that lands Ranged imperil. This is not true, Irvine LDCA also works. I completely forgot about him LOL

Note: Everyone has U2 passive. I do have Green U1 passive too but that's not mandatory

Remove Starting Speed Up passive

Cater, you only need CP35 weapon passive, FR43 minimum and one artifact with Charged Blizzard ROK Triple Slip passive
