DFFOO GL (A Captain's Loyalty CHAOS Challenge Quest) Vaan LD, Serah, Basch LD
Alexander summon,
Note: All 3 characters are EX+3LB. Vaan and Basch have their enhancement boards. Vaan has his WoI, LD and his sphere equipped. Serah has 2x cursed perfect artifacts, her bloom passive and her sphere. Basch has his LD, bloom passive, and the following spheres - his own and Lenna (RF)
Wave 1: Iron Worm x2 (completed on turn 22)
Wave 2: Might Eater, Mite Eater x2 (completed on turn 104)
Score: 864k (3 breaks, 0 HP damage)
Compared to the original event, the boss becomes a big HP sponge. It is lucky that Basch is quite immortal for this event. His rework and LD have given you safe security in clear in the event. Just set up his S1 or use his LD, refresh his Knight Shield buff when needed. Basch now hits more decent damage and provides more utility with his abilities thanks to his rework.
I could use other summon other than Alexander because there is a probability of the Iron Worms moving before Basch does. To avoid that I won't suggest you dropping his speed passives.
Just watch out when you are fighting the main boss when you see the message "Mouth open wide" and you will need to dump your BRV. Have Vaan use his S2 or HP++, Serah could use her Wound or EX while Basch uses his S1. You need to target to get the BRV as low as possible.
The run was quite a rough experience for me as my party is quite lacking in the damage department without Noctis that I end up killing the main boss first before I could even kill the minions once. If you are using this comp, it is important to space out your skills. You can see me using Vaan's HP++ and Serah's HP++ as they both run out of the skills.
