Edit: I've been thinking and Penelo may be a better character over Sherlotta in this run. Sherlotta's LD doesn't increase Luna's force bonus which is a waste. In contrast, Penelo's LD meets all 3 conditionals so 3 LDs in a row should +180% the bonus and this leads to a bigger Prishe LDCA hit at the end. You can then use Penelo to quick charge the FR meter again on phase 2.
The idea behind this team comp and strategy is that turn warps happen twice on this stage, and can be skipped completely by summon or BT mode.
So I used Summon Mode to skip the first and BT mode to skip the second.
The damage requirement is pretty high though, and Ultima Weapons do matter if you are trying to skip the mechanics.
Setup
Machina FR30 with 5/5 UW, Raines LDCA. You can also swap Machina with Tidus but there's no alternative to the Raines call.
Sherlotta FR30 with 5/5 UW, Prishe LDCA with 0/5 UW. You can swap Prishe with Cyan LDCA. Also pay close attention to when I use Lunafreya's Heavy Prayers.
Lunafreya FR30 with 5/5 UW, DKC LDCA. You can swap this with another call that can launch.

Reset until turn order is Luna, Machina and Sherlotta
Use Luna with DKC call to fully charge summon and Fr meter.
Then go BT+, and FR when she has THREE turns remaining. This allows Machina to start his turn with EIGHT turns of FR time remaining.
Machina then goes LD then BT+ then pop summon
IMPORTANT: damage control is very key. You want Machina's BT+ to bring the boss to as close as possible to 80% but NOT 79%. Adjust accordingly.

Pray that this brings boss to 29%

Sherlotta spams S1 and EX until FR meter is 100% again.
Swap Lotta for Kam'lanaut and use BT+
Luna uses Quick Prayer on Machina and then AA and S2
Kam'lanaut uses AA and FR
Machina does double Raines, then LD then BT mode
