Enna Kros is the best single target blitzer currently when it comes to the force gauge supercharging
The idea is to quick and heavy prayer Enna, then charge the force bonus and go into MASSIVE LD
I actually make use of the minions Shockwave Blade++ attack to keep my turn count lower, otherwise this would be a 2T run
Setup
Enna Kros with 5/5 UW, Cid Raines LDCA. If you don't have Cid Raines, try Prishe LDCA and use and Ifrit summon instead
Unequip Buff Speed Up passive: This increases th likelihood that Enna will start last in turn order.
Iroha with 5/5 UW, but her UW isn't needed at all, Cait Sith LDCA. If you don't have Cait Sith, try General Leo LDCA. If you don't have Iroha, use Ursula and don't use the Raines base call in the fight.
Lunafreya with 5/5 UW, Gladio LDCA. This call is mainly to set up so that she gets delayed by Shockwave Blade++ without taking damage. If you don't have Gladio call use WoL call. If you don't really care about turn count, use Rydia LDCA.

Use Luna to charge both Summon and FR meter. Use Gladio LDCA right before killing the minion.
Luna will get delayed which is actually nice.
Iroha uses LD three times, Cait Sith LDCA, then FR
Swap Enna for friend support and spam S1 until Enna comes back.
Use Raines base call.
