Wave 1: Brothers Split
The Brothers will fuse when one of their's HP gets down to 50% or below. So you need to trigger them before they do their AOE attacks. Do note that if the party gets broken, one of the characters will get wiped. I had my MLB EX+3LB character (Rosa) and MLB character (Firion) deals the damage. Swap in Shadow (SS, who is also my carry character) for Cloud friend. Have Cloud friend use AA twice or AA or Meteroian. Just deal sufficient damage to force the Brothers to fuse.

Wave 2: Brothers combine
Have Cloud friend use Finishing Touch and follow by Cross Slash+. The final attack is another Finishing Touch, which allows you to use your summon Chocobo. Use the summon and unleash the damage to finish the boss off.

Note: The strategy will be easier if you use either Bartz or Yuffie. Yuffie is recommended SS character to speed up the process.
