This installment of Burst Rotations focuses less on the the actual rotation & more on ways to amp up Cecil's damage inside the burst sequence. In retrospect, Balthier may have been a better pick than Krile in order to further boost the damage of the 3 uses of S2. The fact that it's split damage means it needs all the help it can get (especially against 3 targets)
