DFFOO GL (Challenge from Ifrit CHAOS) Faris, Y'sthola, WoL
Ramuh Summon, Setzer EX+3LB friend
Notes: All 3 characters are EX+3LB with their bloom passives. Faris has her WoI passive
- Requirements:- 500k score, No KO, clear within 100 turns, 20,000 or less damage
- Weak vs. Ice, Absorbs Fire, Immune to Max BRV Down. All attacks are fire elemental
- Puts up Resist Veil (0 HP until broken). Trigger after Ifrit had accumulated a certain amount of BRV.
- BRV Attacks: Conflagration (magic BRV, INT BRV+SPD Up), Flameclaw (magic BRV, high turn rate), Rush (Group melee, ATK and MAX BRV Up to self)
- HP Attacks: Blazing Embers (BRV gain, magic HP ATK),
- Hellfire (BRV gain, magic BRV+HP ATK) (when summon gauge is full): Hellfire is Ifrit's most powerful attack. It will use it as the battle begin. It also applies DEF buff on its own and causes Scorch (which causes BRV to drain on the partner). The 2nd time it uses it will also gain the Scorching Inferno regen buff along with the DEF buff.
- Gains aura at 90% and 50% threshold (The flames intensify)
Ifrit starts off using Hell Fire at turn 0 and gains the DEF buff. Dispel it off with Faris. Faris needs Cannonfire+ to dispel it. However, with Syldra's Blessing aid, it won't be a problem
For those who are not familiar with the summon boards, they gain a Resist Veil upon breaking one of your characters.
WoL's shields will prevent breaks and lock Ifrit to him. Do note that Flameclaw has tremendous potencies. However, if Syldra Blessing is active, it will help to get that. As the boss is weak vs. Ice, it seems water elemental packs a punch. Faris' 4 debuffs will practically negate the bulk of the boss and Thunderstorm along with Waterwhirl+ will hit Ifrit real hard. Have Y'shtola to heal the party when required. Use Stone+ to maneuver turns for advantages.
I summon when the boss HP is at 50%. I swap out WoL for Setzer and spam his heavy battery skills (3 Freeze Joker and EX) can hit Ifrit real hard.
