Shiva summon, Sherlotta friend

Notes: Both Y'shtola and WoL are EX+3LB with their bloom passives. Cloud has his WoI passive

- Requirements: 470k, No KOs, clear within 110 turns, 10,000 or less damage

- Weak vs. Ice, Absorbs Thunder, Immune to DEF Down/ATK Down/ Paralyze

- Puts up Resist Veil (0 HP until broken). Trigger if it breaks any of your characters.

- BRV Attacks: Thundaga (ST, magic), Charged Pillars (Group, magic, INT BRV Down), Voltaic Blast (Group, BRV gain, INT BRV, ATK Down)

- Upon breaking, it will use Summon Crystal. 2 crystals will appear on the side of Ramuh. Your characters dealt zero damage until you destroy the crystals.

- HP Attacks: Interdimensional Glimmer (ST, BRV gain, Magic HP ATK), Judgment Bolt (BRV gain, magic BRV+HP) Grants Lightning Rod buff (Thunder Imperil, Enchant)

- Gain Auras at 50% (Thunder rumbling). Gains aura (Begin electrification) before it is about to use Judgment Bolt

Ramuh starts off with a 3/4 summon gauge charged. It is immune to Paralysis. So it is not possible to delay to infinity until it never gets a turn. WoL's Shields had to prevent BRV breaks (which will trigger the Resist Veil if one of the characters is broken). Always have him use Shinning Shield before Ramuh uses Judgment Bolt. Y'sthola is for the healing and support for the party. Noel is the delay and damage output (do take note that Noel's EX is ignoring DEF and he hits harder against broken targets).

After it uses Judgment Bolt, it will summon 2 Crystals and it gains Lightning Rod buff. Destroy the Crystals so that you can damage Ramuh. If you leave the Crystals unattended, it will BRV battery Ramuh, which will be dangerous. The Crystals have 55k~66k HP each. Together with Y'shtola's Stone+ and Noel's Tempest Strike (it also helps it is Ice element), you can buy yourself more turns to damage Ramuh. Crystal+ has around 100k~120k+ HP each. The Crystals get higher HP as you progress into the later stages of the battle. It takes Ramuh 5 skills to fully charge up his Summon Guage. I swap Noel for Sherlotta friend when Ramuh is a few turns away from the next summon guage. Use S1, EX and summon Shiva. Burst down Ramuh (Sherlotta and Y'shtola works well for this). Once the summon is over, follow up with the tactics that we have employed earlier. You should be able to finish it.

Recommend substitutes for Noel: Cloud EX+3LB, Garland EX+3LB, Machina EX+3LB, Ultimecia EX+3LB.
