Note: Both WoL and Emperor are EX+3LB. Eiko is just her base EX. Both WoL and Emperor has their bloom passives.
The CPU is very tanky and the turn is strict. You have only 85 turns to deal 4mil + 1mil x2 damage. Eiko may seem to be under-geared. However she is still boosted due to synergy, she will work pretty well even without any realization of her EX.
The Emperor's traps damage off his turn had made this team possible. WoL is deployed for his shields. I won't recommend you to lock the Attack Node and CPU Node to him as his shields might break. Focus your attack on the CPU. The traps will deal with the nodes. Eiko has a Double Holy (similar to Vivi's Double Fire) after using her EX. Use it to your advantage. Do ensure that HP Regen is up at all times other you may need to burst heal if you take too much HP damage.
When my Emperor is running out of traps (left only 1 per skill) and his EX is ready, I summon Leviathan, my Emperor uses his EX trap and S2. After the summon, I swap my Emperor for friend Emperor. Uses the latter's EX and spam his S2 and uses EX when it is up for use again.

The CPU has 3 components - The Attack Node on left and the Defense Node on right. The CPU has very tanky HP (4mil) while the nodes have 1 mil. Depending on how u kill the boss, the boss will use different attacks.
The Defense Node has 2 modes - Heal/+/++ (which BRV battery the CPU, heals HP and gives BRV regen. The Attack Node is using Laser Barrage/+ to do AOE BRV damage with Speed Down debuff. Both Nodes have a single target HP Attack - Laser. Thus it is safer to keep them broken at all times.
The CPU can recover from a break and unleash its BRV+HP Laser attack. It mainly uses a Diffractive Laser or a generic BRV attack to BRV attack the target ally. It has 3 operation mode - Running update program number (the first mode only buff itself while the subsequent 2 modes buff its nodes as well).
[Upon the defeat of Attack Node or when both nodes have been defeated on CPU's turn]

inflicts [SPD Down] debuff

- Beam: magic BRV attack
removes all debuffs from self (except framed)

- Concentrated Laser: recover from break status
magic BRV+HP attack
- Eraser: magic BRV attack
removes all buffs from target (except framed)
