Here, Vanille makes a strong contender for a unit you would like to bring for T3. Vanille's strong potency debuffs helps alleviate the tankiness and the absurd damage you can receive. Paired with her dispels, she works really well in helping WoL sustain his shield for long periods of time or at least until they expire.

Relm on the other, grants strong party auras, along with granting party battery on her free turns due to sketch. Coupled with a few more debuffs herself (blind, sap), she certainly has found a use for this stage. Her free turns absolutely helped in completing before turn requirement.
