A fairly popular 7DRL that went on to be a game released on Steam, HyperRogue is a Puzzle Roguelike that's gimmick is its presentation. Specifically the grid you play on will change as you visit different worlds - leading to some interesting gameplay.

I actually get a lot farther then I expected too, snatching quite a bit of treasure and visiting several worlds. Some of the worlds are a bit confusing as can be expected for a game with multiple different stages, but ultimately it all makes general sense.
