This set dungeon is amazingly tough even after the set dungeons have been nerfed! Firstly, don't give up and you are not the only one finding it very difficult, I did too and I play games all day long, especially Diablo.
Raekors Charge is a buff that will appear above your toolbar. Once it has five stacks you can release your boulder toss and that will deal the 3750% damage increase always. Knowing this will help you get primary objective two much easier.
Primary objective one is the more difficult objective. It is even harder to acquire when going for the mastery of the Legacy of Raekor set dungeon. I suggest focusing on this one first and foremost. Once you complete the objective quickly cast your call of the ancients.
Call of the Ancients will help clean up many of the struggling monsters left around. You may also consider using earthquake and another AoE ( area of effect ) skill, for the extra monsters for mastery.
