If you are looking at crafting this amulet in this video, Diablo 3 Crafting Hellfire Amulet, I'll show you how to do that and what all is needed. The Hellfire Amulet requires the same materials as the Level 70 Hellfire Ring. Unlike the ring (which has 4 variations) the amulet only has 3.

To craft these you need ingredients that only drop from Uber bosses. You get these ingredients from the Infernal Machines dropped by those Uber Bosses.

1) On T1+ (Torment I or higher) kill the four Keywardens: Odeg, Sokahr, Xah'Rith and Nekarat. Killing them gets you a set of Infernal Machines to be used later.

Odeg the Keywarden - Act I - Infernal Machine of Regret
*Drops the Infernal Machine of Bones

Sokahr the Keywarden - Act II - Infernal Machine of Putridness
*Drops the Infernal Machine of Gluttony

Xah'Rith the Keywarden - Act III - Infernal Machine of Terror
*Drops the Infernal Machine of War

Nekarat the Keywarden - Act IV - Infernal Machine of Fright
*Drops the Infernal Machine of War

2) Teleport to New Tristram and head north to Heretic's Adobe (it's by the healer).You will have to hit the door to open the portal into his cellar.

3) Once inside you will use the Infernal Machines to enter the 4 realms to farm for materials needed.

◼Realm of Regret Bosses: Skeleton King & Maghda. They drop Leoric's Regret.

◼Realm of Terror Bosses: Zoltun Kulle & Siegebreaker. They drop Idol of Terror

◼Realm of Putridness Bosses: Rakanoth & Ghom. They drop Vial of Putridness

◼Realm of Fright: Diablo who also summons other bosses to help. He drops the Heart of Fright.

4) Buy the Plan from Squirt the Peddler, she's in town on Act II for 5 million gold.

5) Once you purchased the plans you'll need to now go to the Jeweler (Covetous Shen) and have him "learn" it. Right clicking the book while talking to the Jeweler does this. Make sure the Jeweler is at level 10 - 12.

🔸 Depending on your class you'll want to craft one of the 3 amulets to help your toon's stats.
