Diablo 3 Crafting Hellfire Ring can be crafted once you reach level 60. There are 4 Hellfire rings that can be crafted and you will be using Covetous Shen to make it.

Dexterity - Level 60
Intelligence - Level 60
Strength - Level 60
Vitality - Level 60
Hellfire Ring "Other" - Level 70

To craft these you need ingredients that only drop from Uber bosses (either level 60 or 70 & 50K Gold). The level 60 rings require only three ingredients and the level 70 rings require four.

1) On T1+ (Torment I or higher) kill the four Keywardens: Odeg, Sokahr, Xah'Rith and Nekarat. Killing them gets you a set of Infernal Machines to be used later. At level 60 you'll need 3 devices and on level 70 you will require 4.

Odeg the Keywarden - Act I - Infernal Machine of Regret
*Drops the Infernal Machine of Bones

Sokahr the Keywarden - Act II - Infernal Machine of Putridness
*Drops the Infernal Machine of Gluttony

Xah'Rith the Keywarden - Act III - Infernal Machine of Terror
*Drops the Infernal Machine of War

Nekarat the Keywarden - Act IV - Infernal Machine of Fright
*Drops the Infernal Machine of War

2) Teleport to New Tristram and head north to Heretic's Adobe (it's by the healer).You will have to hit the door to open the portal into his cellar.

3) Once inside you will use the Infernal Machines to enter the 4 realms to farm for materials needed.

◼Realm of Regret Bosses: Skeleton King & Maghda. They drop Writhing Spine (lvl 60) or Leoric's Regret (lvl70)

◼Realm of Terror Bosses: Zoltun Kulle & Siegebreaker. They drop Vengeful Eye (lvl60) or Idol of Terror (lvl70)

◼Realm of Putridness Bosses: Rakanoth & Ghom. They drop Devil's Fang (lvl60) or Vial of Putridness (lvl 70)

◼Realm of Fright: Level 70 only, Diablo who also summons other bosses to help. He drops Heart of Fright.

4) Buy the Plan from Squirt the Peddler, she's in town on Act II.
(2 million for the level 60 plan (includes all four variants) or 5 million for the level 70 plan.

5) Once you purchased the plans you'll need to now go to the Jeweler (Covetous Shen) and have him "learn" it. Right clicking the book while talking to the Jeweler does this. Make sure the Jeweler is at level 10 - 12.

🔸 Depending on your class you'll want to craft one of the 4 rings to help your toon's stats.
