You've reached Level 70 and you noticed these weird KEY icons showing up on the first 4 Acts. What are these, what do they do, and how do you find them? This
video the Diablo 3 Keywardens Location shows you where to find them all.

Well the keys are indicators on the map of Keywarden locations. They drop an Infernal Machine which is used to farm for items to create a Hellfire Ring or Amulet.

To craft these you need ingredients that only drop from Uber bosses. You get these ingredients from the Infernal Machines dropped by those Uber Bosses.

1) On T1+ (Torment I or higher) the four Keywardens are: Odeg, Sokahr, Xah'Rith and Nekarat. Killing them gets you a set of Infernal Machines to be used later.

Odeg the Keywarden - Act I - Fields of Misery Waypoint
Infernal Machine of Regret
*Drops the Infernal Machine of Bones

Sokahr the Keywarden - Act II - Dahlgur Oasis Waypoint
Infernal Machine of Putridness
*Drops the Infernal Machine of Gluttony

Xah'Rith the Keywarden - Act III - Stonefort Waypoint
Infernal Machine of Terror
*Drops the Infernal Machine of War

Nekarat the Keywarden - Act IV - Gardens of Hope Way Point (Second Tier)
Infernal Machine of Fright
*Drops the Infernal Machine of War

Once you teleport to each Act and waypoint the best way to locate them is to follow the purple arrow. It will guide you to them, once you get close you'll see a blinking circle indicating their location. Kill them and collect all infernal machines. You'll then want to teleport to Act I New Tristram and make your way north to Heretic's Adobe to use them. Just right click on each Infernal Machine to open a portal to each realm to fight the Uber bosses.
