Hope this helps someone trying to figure out the way to do safe mephisto runs.

If you get adds "often" then blink more on the right side of the map and then head straight in left towards meph and start kiting with 1 blizz towards positioning and kill positions.

Just follow how I position myself in the corner by that stairs by the "water"
Follow how I place the mouse corser to the top right of my mana number value.
Teleport 1 time and you're good. Make sure he's following, that's why I throw a baiting blizzard on him :)

If you're unlucky, then there will be some adds on the bottomright or left that might spawn hydras on you or even follow you. If this happens I fight mephisto by myself just blizzard plus dodge with teleport.
OR you can just teleport to the other side quickly and portal home :) I recommend trying to fight him one time cause it's doable if you just wait for his attacks to land, teleport away, 1 blizzard and stay around him so he doesn't start running out of the blizzard :)
