Credits to SpiccyTacos for finding this glitch! He wants to call it "Vulpes Execution" but I fear Vulpes might not be very relevant in the long run.

Steps in text:
Store a dialogue that you want to bring over in one save. Important to do it during the textbox and not after you're brought back to the dialogue menu. If the dialogue brings you to back to normal game mode then it's fine to do after.

Now you have a dialogue "stored". (Or rather, the Result Script of the dialogue).

Next you need to find a target to talk to that has a "null Dialogue" state. That means that when you interact with them, the camera will just zoom in and back out. Good places to find this is Vulpes on the strip after you've completed the El Dorado main quest stage, Ranger Grant after completing the president quest or Third Person Interact with an oob Talking Activator in the REPCONN HQ.

When you then interact with this "null" actor, it will execute the stored dialogue script and give whatever effects it had to the other save file.

This can be repeated, however you can not complete a quest several times. You will however get the XP and other effects from the Result Script such as quest rewards, Reputation, teleports etc.

If you have failed the quest on the target character, you can NOT complete it this way either. You will still get the XP for completion though, however your quest counter will not increase.
