The 5.2 weapon changes were released to the Battlefield community around two months ago, despite a clear and loud response from the player-base that they did not want these changes. DICE claimed that these changes were to shuffle the meta and to increase the usage rates of some weapons in Battlefield V. Although this was proven not to be the case by various leaks and rumors, DICE still holds strong on their explanation. DICE is asking for objective feedback on these changes instead of angry rants, so here is my best effort at making an objective, thought out response to these changes. Did they succeed?
