Did Tom King make a Mistake, or a Bad Decision? (I respectfully disagree w/Jon Del Arroz)

Hello Everyone,
I was watching Jon Del Arroz video on Tom King’s Twitter apology to Jae Lee, and in the video, Jon said that Tom “made a mistake.”
I respectfully disagree on this. There is a difference between a mistake and a bad choice/decision. IMHO, Tom made a bad choice, a choice that has hurt Jae’s career, and could have cost Jae his career had things gone the way Tom intended.
IMHO, what Tom did is akin to when Rogue tried to murder Ms. Marvel. In time, she came to regret her decision, but she still acted with the intent to kill an unconscious, defenseless opponent. She still made a bad choice/decision, and all the regret and guilt in the world doesn’t change that.
The Tom/Jae situation, IMHO, is similar, becauseTom acted with the intent to ruin Jae’s career, and possibly get him to commit career suicide by denouncing Ethan and Comicsgate (which Richard Pace and Tim Doyle still want Jae to do.)
