Embeth Davidtz almost quit acting due to the complicated fight scenes that were made even more problematic thanks to the heavy prosthetics she had to wear. Filming at night didn’t help her either. It was only later that she grew to appreciate the experience, and she enjoyed the positive comments she received from her adoring fans. Also, the scene where the Oldsmobile was dropped from the sky had to be filmed twice. The first time, the crane ended up having mechanical issues and toppled over the edge of a cliff. They had to bring in an 80-ton crane to pull out the 25-ton crane and do the shot.
