The Knights Bus didn’t actually move at fast paces. How they accomplished this was by having the Knights Bus move at a normal pace while the surrounding traffic moves at a snail’s pace. Later, the footage was edited to make it look like the Knights Bus moved at quicker speeds. Also, they almost had to recast Dudley Dursely seeing how Harry Melling had actually lost quite a bit of weight. They ended up agreeing that he would wear a fat suit instead. There was also an issue with the real bats that were used in Hagrid’s hut. Radcliffe mentioned that the bats were constantly urinating from the ceiling.
