Die Another Day | Randoville (Random Medieval Settlement Builder - Demo)
240Randoville is a medieval settlement builder where everything is controlled by the roll of a dice! We build a lovely little village, with things like farms, barns and houses, but the quality of each building is determined by the number we roll.
If we roll high then the thing we're building is pretty good! If we roll low then it's not so good...
The roll for our starting area is pretty good but then our luck runs out for a while as we end up with some pretty average buildings. We make sure our people have enough food to eat by placing down enough fields and a fairly high quality windmill but we really do struggle to build any decent houses whatsoever. The random number Gods abandon us!
We then discover that we can buy exciting new things with our resources such as new types of dice and also new methods of throwing the dice, because we do actually throw the dice onto the map itself.
Oh, also, let's not get into the whole dice/die semantics discussion. We know what we're referring to, funny shaped thing with numbers on it that you roll!
