Penance DOES NOT tolerate any form of injustice towards the poor innocent bystanders for any reason at all. Because SHE IS THE LAW (lame Judge Dredd reference though).

So yeah, for this one I wont' be doing all max risks, but try to show some low Operator clears. This one can actually might go as low as 3 operators if done propoerly, but 4 is a very safe easy clear for a non-max risk attempt of this daily.

The Imperial Artillery Targetter Drone is a big jerk. Can't be hit by melee attacks, has high defense, prioritizes killing civilians, and most damnedly: Reflect damage? What reflect damage? Reflect damage ain't do anything on the Artillery Drone. Must kill, especially on the higher risks.
