Picking both drone tags + specialist restriction is pretty much a death wish here. It's better to not take specialist ban and put a Hookmaster (Rope, Snowsant, Clifheart or Gladiia) with skill 1 to deal with the Tactical Crossbowmen.

Unlike the last other CC where it had similar drone tags, this one doesn't buff the enemy HP aside from drones but lowers your ATK.
The drones still have low DEF so Marksman Snipers are still fine against them.

As always, god darn these War Phantoms. Have a decoy operator block them ASAP. Use a decoy to use up the anti-armor ballistic missiles from the anti-armor infantry as always (Yato being required for Defender/Specialist restriction). Keep in mind there is a tag that reduces block count by 1, making Dreadnought Guards like Nearlter unable to block enemies.
