No, seriously, I don't expect a 4 star operator to have a strong niche use here.

This is because of the Risk 3 tag granting stealth to the TFOTT minibossss which Totter absolutely ignores and buffs his ATK through talent. (But he does not prioritize Invisible enemies)

Elite 2 Level 70 Totter and Elite 2 Level 90 SilverAsh with their respective skills maxed would made Risk 15 bearable, but let's just say since I am going F2P: Max risk is for whales' flex only

You can use Scene to reveal invisible enemies with drones otherwise, don't actually need to run Totter but just want to point this out for how far a 4 star can do in this map even without Elite 2 promotion.
