Digimon Adventure (PSP, English Sub): Part 106: Crossover Dungeon 4/8 (Frontier Fighting Force)
3Tai, Agumon, and Hackmon went further into the massive Digital Dungeon after saying their goodbyes to Takato & Guilmon.
They were suddenly approached by yet another Digimon, one that had apparently seen them before, too, but this time as enemies! He prepared to fight, but Tai prevented this quickly.
He saw that the tall Digimon's eyes looked more kind rather than malicious, and that was enough for this Digimon, named Agnimon (Agunimon), to drop his guard and de-digivolve...
...back into a... human???
This human boy introduced himself as Takuya Kanbara. That Digimon form was indeed a Digivolution of his own.
The previous aggression was because he encountered enemies that looked like Tai & Agumon, but he was mistaken, here. They decided to team up to travel together through this dungeon.

Takuya hails from the 4th season of the anime franchise called Digimon Frontier. He leads his own team of DigiDestined there, though they are also known as the Legendary Warriors.
Digimon Frontier is quite a different spin on the Digimon anime formula than Tamers already was. Takuya's team has no Digimon partners (though they did have some traveling Digimon companions unrelated to them). Instead, they BECOME Digimon themselves through the power of Spirit Evolution.
Agnimon/Agunimon was the form Takuya gained when he Digivolved with the Human Spirit of Fire. In this game, his Support is to instead use a more powerful form known as KaiserGreymon (EmperorGreymon), gained by combining his Spirit of Flame with the Spirits of Earth, Wood, Ice, and Wind. In this way, he becomes equal in power to if not greater than WarGreymon.

At the start of Area 2, indeed, Takuya claimed that a human with an Agumon of his own attacked him before. That's why he got so cautious against Tai and his Agumon.
This ended up leading into a cute chat where Tai & Takuya gush over their love of Soccer... besides having their goalkeepers punch them a lot.
Hackmon had believed that Soccer was some kind of human martial arts.

When the group reached Area 3, that some dark force from before had the group face against a Fake EmperorGreymon!
Same as before: Beat this clone, use Giga Heal +, and watch out for Ultra Counters!

After beating this imposter, it was time for Tai, Agumon and Hackmon to part ways with another new friend. Takuya hopes to meet them again soon so he can talk to Tai more about Soccer!
