Here's another arrangement from a game I've never played, but from a soundtracks I've heard a lot of - specifically, thanks to old Megaman 2 ROMhacks that themselves arranged these amazing songs! This song has long reminded me of Nuclear Fusion from Touhou, and that alone is reason enough for me to arrange it, never mind given how cool of a song it is! As always, let me know what you think!
