Emizel is back for more and this time he has got Ice and Wind spells as well as his unique skill Soul Reap, an ability that may cause amnesia to the target which disables the ability to uses skills. He hasn't changed that much though despite being level 12 now, just be careful for the new enemies and the geo panel effects. You can use the Disperse Damage Geo Cube to your advantage however, just take note it affects you as well.
