On the game’s subreddit, PC users have reported issues with the game’s frame rate, even when running on the higher end hardware specs that Arkane recommended for the game. One player noted that in the Windows task manager, the game kept changing its performance level to low, with the game “stutter[ing] every two seconds.” NOT A GOOD START TO A LAUNCH. Especially for early access players who pre-ordered.
