Turns out that when I set the game to french before I started the stream, i messed up. During this run I had "illegal .ini files" meaning I could quick save instantly on 1.2. This saves about a second, every time you quick save.

I quick saved once in the run (loyalists), meaning +1 second should be added to the timer, when comparing to other runs.

Incidentally, the weirdness in where I ended up after the water stream at the end of flooded was also because of wrong ini files, so in reality it lost me about 4 secs, but rules are rules.

Hope this can be accepted as a PB with +1 sec, instead of denied.
