HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO ON YOUR COMPUTER

Using DiskPart in Windows
Press Win + R, type cmd, then press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to open the command prompt as administrator.

Type diskpart and press Enter.

Run list disk to identify the number of your USB drive (e.g., Disk 2).

Type select disk X (replace X with the correct number) and press Enter.

Check the status with attributes disk.

If "Current Read-only State: Yes", type:

attributes disk clear readonly
Type attributes disk again to confirm that "Current Read-only State" has changed to "No".

Exit DiskPart with exit.

3. Check/Edit the Registry
If protection persists, you may need to edit the registry:

Press Win + R, type regedit, and press Enter.

Go to:

Code
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\UsbStor
If you find a WriteProtect (DWORD) key, set its value to 0.

If it isn't there, create a new DWORD value called WriteProtect and set it to 0.

Restart Windows and try again.
