Dissecting Some Rules in Lord of the Rings: Battle in Balin's Tomb
185Always Board Never Boring is currently working on a playthrough video for Battle in Balin's Tomb, the new Lord of the Rings skirmish game from Games Workshop. Despite being a very simple game, there are a few areas of the rules that are a bit... spotty... and this got Always Board thinking about how difficult it is to write rules that are obvious to everyone. So, in this video, he takes a look at some areas of the game that might cause a bit of confusion despite of, or perhaps because of, the brevity of the rules.
This is not an attempt to drag down the game, which is actually good fun (in a slightly limited way). It's just Always Board emptying his brain into a video, for want of something better to do with his time. He finds this sort of thing interesting. He's weird like that.
