Regardless, the goal of the game is to infect the entire world with a variety of monstrous diseases both fictional and ones that are based off of terrifying real world sicknesses. The main part of the game is campaign missions that have twisted scenarios; like reviving the black plague, devolving man into apes, and taking over the world with sentient mind worms.
