The crazy hermit on Sentinel Island apparently has a "Mister Shiny" which sounds like a key to some chest (don't know which). He wants a Wyvern Mother's Egg for his wyvern soup which can be retrieved from the top of the spire nearby that is host to many wyverns who will attack if you get near.
