This trick only work when you Break Age kill (with Buster Arm) on the last enemy of the room and when the battle end with a red wall disappearing. Then, right during a killcam, skip quickly both the killcam and the red wall scene. If done right, you will still have your Buster Arm in the slot.

This happened to me once while I was going through a mission quickly. So I have tested it out and it works 100%.
