DnD Shield Fighter Adding Sword & Board Combat to Your Game Dungeons and Dragons Character Builds
Nerdarchy has seen a ton of requests for a D&D character build using a shield so here it is. We look several warrior build before settling on this one. We do a bit of min-maxing with our character build. Fighter has several useful archetypes for this character. It's also a very heavy 5e D&D feat fighting style. I'm sure we could of delved into unearthed arcana for the knight archetype and done some interesting choices, but I think it came out pretty good even with sticking to the players handbook.
