18The Dungeons & Dragons TTRPG campaign The Hoard of the Dragon Queen continues on a mission from the Harpers and the Order of the Gauntlet to find out what the Dragon Cult are carrying and to where and for what purpose continues. The group had broken away from the caravan upon news that the powerful Half Dragon Ladedrossa was catching up to them. They defeated him, but are aware that an even more powerful Half Dragon known as REzmir is still out there and no doubt aware that they have infiltrated the Cult of the Dragon in some way. They traveled north ahead to where they had heard of a warehouse known as Carnath's Roadhouse. Supposedly, this is where the Cult of the Dragon has been bringing the supplies, North of WaterDeep. While Troenick was wisked away by Green Imsa to help her be cured of her green skin, the rest of the group continued North, sending Troenick word of their where-abouts. Then while fighting two hill giants, the caravan finally caught up with them. They hid in the hills as the caravan made camp in the ravine below them.
The rogue Hamlin waited for everyone to fall asleep and then snuck down into the camp to try to rob them of some of their most valuable treasure, but was caught. The Cult imprisoned him, and now the group rests through the night completely unaware of why they will awaken to Hamlin missing...
