Do This If What You're Doing Isn't Working
If what you're doing isn't working
then actually anything has a better chance of working than what you're doing.
You could do anything.
Sure some things are going to have a higher chance of working.
Right? But if what you're doing is not working,
then anything else is going to be a better, you know, option for that.
Being able to calibrate. Is this working? Am I getting towards my goal?
If not, then taking that as feedback like okay, that didn't work.
That didn't work. And then pivoting and shifting, right?
You need to you need to course correct.
Just like, driving a car, right? Or navigating a boat or something like that,
like even just one degree off for a long time,
is going to send you in a completely different direction, right?
But when we're driving a car, we don't freak out like I'm off track.
Now. You just kind, of course, correct a little bit.
Keeping those in mind...
If you're pushing someone too hard to do something that you want,
or you're pushing yourself too hard and you get exhausted,
like just taking that as feedback and recalibrating, and adjusting
I think is one good frame to go into things with.
