INFP Self Improvement | 5 Steps to Developing Yourself
Being an INFP is a gift, it's not a curse. It means you're creative, gentle, and empathetic. It means you have a unique perspective on the world and can often see things in ways other people do not.
It also means that sometimes you get stuck in your own head. You might be so focused on how you feel about something that it can be hard to actually DO anything about it.
If this sounds like you, don't worry, because you're about to learn 5 steps for making sure your identity, creativity, and imagination don't get smothered.
I'm happy to share my advice using the MBTI / Myers-Briggs personality type format. It's a great model that I use to help my clients and YouTube friends and followers to understand how they work and how to better their lives. If you need help with your career direction or just need some aspects about yourself explained in a way that's "talking directly to your personality type" I really suggest you dig into personality type.
