In this video, you're going to learn some of the most important things you need to know about how ENTPs think and behave, as well as some tips on how to deal with them effectively.

Those with an ENTP personality type are Extraverted, iNtuitive, Thinking, Perceivers. Simply put, they focus more on ideas than sensory experiences (so new ideas rather than stability and security), they listen to the head over the heart - but there's a clear back and forth tug of war, they're more externally flexible and spontaneous than organized and scheduled.

Here are 7 quick tips that I'll expand on in the rest of this video:
- Focus on the big picture
- Help them implement
- Bathe in the Information Firehose
- Stay up to date and prepared
- Speak the lingo of their interests
- Don't beat around the bush
- Keep it interesting

Knowing which of the 16 MBTI (Myers Briggs) personalities you're dealing with can drastically improve how you interact with them. It's not about being manipulative, it's about speaking to the cognitive functions (research that Carl Jung did that became the 16 types) that their specific function stack (unique to each of the types) uses. It's like speaking the same language as someone else - way better than assuming they should speak yours! It's funny how well it works :P

Of course, it also helps to know your type! INTJ and INFP are going to clash in different ways with ENTP or ENFP bosses. But you'll only really get the benefit of this when you take it into the real world.
