Today I am going to discuss the young driver programs that a number of teams on the F1 grid have in place. These programs are established to find the best young talent in the world of motorsports lower categories and signing them up, in a few years time they may be in F1. However, some young driver programs have much more success than other, but they sign much more drivers. Some programs sign a lot less drivers but have a much higher success rate, per driver signed to the program. Within this video we are not just going to look at if these programs work, but also which of the current young drivers programs is a young driver most likely to succeed from and join the F1 grid.
