Does Eddy ACTUALLY make Sense as the FIRST Tekken 8 DLC Character?
Eddy Gordo is easily one of the most popular Tekken characters. He even helped to popularize Capoeira when he debuted in 1997's Tekken 3. He definitely makes sense as a DLC character. But I don't feel he works all that well for the very first one added to Tekken 8's relatively large 32 character roster. I feel like he would have been better as a bookend to Season 1 or as the first character for Season 2. Times where Tekken 8 would have slightly less hype behind it and a flatter player base. But what do you think? Let me know in the comments.
