-To put it shortly no it's not worth it especially for people with bad cooling.
-Then again you can play with the settings and optimize it keep in mind i am not saying it's bad but for most not tech savvy use it's much more simple to disable it because it's just a feature that basically unlocks the overclocking capabilities
