DOGS of DETROIT An Open Forum PART 4
Sunday, April 15, 2012, more than 50 individuals representing dozens of organizations and the community joined the "Dogs of Detroit: An Open Forum" for constructive open discussion of all matters relating to the dog population in Detroit.

There is a need to not only educate, but also to work towards changes in legislation. Companion animals are currently classified in the Dept of Ag -- should this change? Where should there be different penalties? Cruelty? Dog-fighting? Puppy mills?
